If you can fax it over to them, you can buy Toto/4D and you may strike.

I tried to fax it over, but their fax machine is always busy until the fax machine gave up.

Same issue when I tried to fax it over from my HKG office. The fax machine again gave up as the line is always busy.

I told this also to the Team Lead. PM me for the name

My record so far is ZERO return from Toto. I guess I should forget about something called fax then.

Time for MH flights to post?

lingua101 and bluetus04 .. for your flights, did you book via travel agent or through MH website? Wondering if there is something with regards to one method.

Terrible MH...... More than 9 sectors missing which has blocked me to be CX DM and now still processing! Also, no use of buy from Travel Agent or MH website as both are missing!

How can MH be OW partner???

My flights were booked thru MH website.

An update to my case and some information that might be useful for others. The missing flight is finally accounted for today after I called them again last night. Initially the agent said she couldn't do anything as the records in the system don't show any progress, no trace of the BP (so confirmed they don't keep a copy of the BP in system), and the system does not even show the agent who's supposed to follow-up (later on this). I said I have a copy of all those and asked her to follow up for me. She said she'll try and asked me to email the PDFs to her. Sure enough, it's done today so they can fast track it if they have the right information and an agent who's willing to help. Could be just a coincidence of timing, but I'd rather believe she cared for me

Information that might be useful for others. She asked me early on if I mailed in the request addressed to a specific agent. I said no I just followed the instructions and posted it to the club.
- She told me next time, call in first and talk to an agent, ask for the agent's name and say you'll send in the request to her. Mail in the request with attention to that person.
- That agent will be the one who is supposed to follow up the case for you. For any inquiry, you can ask for that person or ask any agent to ask that person since she's the one (only??) who knows the progress
- She said if the request was posted to the general club mailbox, a random agent would open it and is supposed to follow the case, but you don't know who to ask for. And, the agents themselves also don't know who to ask either if you call up!!

It's silly that customers need to worry about this, but anyway it might help next time if you need to do it again.

I surely hope they're busy working to integrate the systems right now. Not sure if I remember correctly, but sometime ago you cannot submit online miles request for other OW carriers except CX/KA themselves. Now you can do it for BA and QF. Seems like system integration takes a long time (or is it just a side benefit of switching to Amadeus?)

I also just recently noticed that bookings on BA show up right away on my MPC upcoming flights. It seems a bit more integrated now after so many years, but I'm not sure if it was always like that and I just didn't notice.

This is the thing I do not understand. When I called and talked to the agent while I was in HKG about my DUB-KUL (which was rejected because MH said I was not in the pax list), she manged to post it within 2 hours.

Now, my entire SIN-KUL-KCH-KUL-SIN are still not posted even after 1 week that the TL spoke to me.

I know the problem is with MH, but CX should try to not create another problem.

Is it because now they need to track it back ot MH and asked which FF these flights are posted as I pressume MH will now refuse to pay CX?

I suspect it's more like whether the agent just sticks to the hard rule of waiting for response from MH, as opposed to another one who is more proactive, check with a manager who can clearly see it must be a valid trip and make an intelligent decision?

I never paid attention to how this works. Are you saying CX pays MH (and other OW partners I assume) for each trip when someone travels on MH and want to accrual Asia Miles? Any idea how much? Just curious.

No the other way around. I saw various post or even here someone saying, the one that get paid of the ticket (in this case MH) needs to pay the frequent flyer program (in this case CX).

That's why when MH told CX that it has been credited to other programme, CX is quite reluctant to post it (until it get assurance that MH will pay them ??), as most likely it may not get paid by MH if the situation is correct. (Well just my speculation)

Finally my 4 flights were posted into my account. this is the reply when I asked them about the problem.
We are sorry to learn that your missing mileage request for Malaysia
Airlines flights had been rejected due to system error. Our system team
is aware of this problem and they are now working to get it fixed as
soon as possible.
So system problem again..... Hope this will be fixed soon....

But now I am short by 1 sector toward re-qualifying as a Silver by April

Well to play it safe you can plan for a weekend getaway soon to HK and you're almost absolutely sure miles get credited right away if you fly on CX

Off topic, and to put things in perspective, I was almost stuck to my monitor for the past week following the MH370 ordeal hoping to see some good news, and am very glad my minor problems so far were just missing miles and lost luggages

Just a data point. All my flights posted without any need to raise the issue with CX. Posting times were roughly in line with the times that I have experience with JAL.
