Just got off the phone with MPO. Apparently they are still updating / migrating the bookings, so that is why some of the E-TKT info is not yet showing on MMB.

Just did a dummy booking on the new system to see how everything was, and noticed strange things with the seat maps. KUL-HKG-JFK return.

HKG-JFK-HKG were showing as 77D (J up to row 26), but were missing row 12 in the mini-cabin. Seemed like all of rows 11 and 16 were blocked (bulkhead?).

The HKG-KUL leg was operated by a "77W" with J up to row 25  I was also able to select a seat in the F cabin (only 1D and 2D were available), which I found strange. Will CX allow these F seats on regional two-class flights to be chosen online now, even for lowly SLs like myself?

I still can't find my bookings/reservations after logging in...seems like 'Manage my booking' tab has disappeared?

It should be there. Under manage my trip on the left sidebar.

To me, I find that there was showing my upcoming trip on the cover page of MPO account, but now I cant see any upcoming trip showing up, but the current status and remaining miles left to renew, etc.

I can retrieve both (two) of my upcoming booking under the manager my booking.

The bookings don't show with the page when I login to MPC. however, Manage My Booking link will show up the bookings fine. Also, notice the booking number is updated to 6 digits instead of 5, so yes, say hi to Amadeus.

Something is weird with my booking too. The blocked seats on the regional 330 J cabin have changed. And there's even a row 13 which wasn't there before the migration. Maybe that screwed up the blocked seats?

It appears that CX fell off from AA and ITA's systems.

For those of you who have access to your bookings - are all of your segments in the proper order?

I ask not to alarm you, but just out of curiosity. That's been an issue in past airline system migrations that I was involved with.

sinecure Feb 13, 2012 4:00 pm

Segments are in the right order. 77H was dropped to 773 (still showing 77H in KVS)

I have an F award on Cathay (via AA) that is leaving Thursday, and I made a routhing change.

AA is claiming that because I'm going to Phuket, they don't have an electronic ticketing arrangement with Dragonair covering it -- they say it's location specific.

Someone on the AA board suggested it might be this system issue. Is there a phone number for Cathay that is dedicated to F passengers - I can't get through on the regular number.

Thanks in advance!

Cannot see any AA codeshared flights operated by CX.

Was able to view my reservation for a flight later this week, and it gave me a new PNR.

My segment order is messed up only in the summary page. Once I get to the detail page of the booking it looks fine. Checkmytrip.com also shows the booking fine.

Not sure if this is a coincidence but I waitlisted for award travel next August and they just cleared this afternoon.
