They should've updated the fleet details too. ;)

I think the notification is made a few hours ago. You can check with AA now. The new record locator would be 6-digit instead of 5.
Second issue: we're looking for additional award inventory to show up on the flights we're on, and while AM shows availability and Expert Flyer is reflecting additional info (beyond the max of 4), the CX liaison to AS has told them that all of that inventory is false and cannot be trusted as it's based on old information. BA's site isis also showing greater-than-normal inventory for CX flights. Any idea when we can expect correct info to show up? |

I have an AS redemption that includes segments on AS connecting to CX segments. I have been told by AS that my CX PNR numbers will not change, so is that not true? I've called them back several times and their systems cannot speak to CX's yet, so I'm stuck waiting.

Two Questions
1. Is it right that tickets can now only be booked 360 days out and not 370 days out?
2. Is there a chart or any information regarding how many miles it takes to upgrade from Y+ to J? (Assuming this is possible). Thanks. |

Boarding Passes and Lounge Invites
Just out of curiousity, can anyone tell if me after CX's switchover to Amadeus whether the "formats" of their boarding passes / lounge invitations remain the same?
I know that the printing of seat numbers in different "boxes" on the boarding pass depending on class of service and the use of printed lounge invitations are unique features in CX's old system. Other carriers who use Amadeus do not typically give our separate lounge lounge invitations. |

MMB now available with both the old CUPID and the new 1A record locator shown! Some bugs as of now, though (sequence of FLTs are messed up, E-TKTs not pulling up or not complete when pulled up, contact info messed up, extra leg room seats cannot be selected, etc.).

now my booking via BA shows a message

Cost of delay to system upgrade
Midafternoon here in Hong Kong and our corporate travel dept issued a bulletin informing us to book SQ on HKG-SIN and NH for HKG-TYO and BA for HKG-LHR until further notice as CX "systems are still down".
Hurry up CX this is costing you money! I work for a major financial institution. |

Manage My Booking function resumes, and the six digit reservation reference (1A) can be obtained from the website now.
Seems that the website back to normal operation. |
Ghost Booking!
We are currently in SIN on the the outbound leg of a CMB-SIN-xxx-SIN-CMB ticket - CX.com shows everything just fine.
However, i see a separate SIN-CMB booking, for both of us, that we never made! Found that pretty interesting! (and 'our records show that you have not issued a ticket yet') This, might, have been, the original last leg of our previous ex-CMB ticket- but we'd changed that a long time back for a quick CNY break in Sri Lanka and started our next trip. Oh and my wife still can't access any of her bookings on the website. |
Separate BA bookings for YUL-LHR booked on expedia shows up on CX too, good stuff.
