well afterall if flight goes oops then you're better off in JFK (4 flights a day) vs EWR (1 a day)

i think they might let you go to JFK by urself but you cant do that as a right (availability allowing)

Reasonable point. CX doesn't keep spares in NY, so if either early morn flight goes tech, there's no competition on which to protect at that hour. So I would imagine they'd be flexible and permit co-terminal (so, take the 10a JFKHKG flight, if space available). Thanks for the input - Jamie

As for EWR the lounge used for SQ flight the one time I used it was packed to the point I felt like I was in a UA lounge. Food was better 1 of the bathrooms was broken creating a long line. I think LH uses the same lounge for F/J there too.

Better than what you get in YVR/YYZ...

CX846 lands in EWR tonight 5 Jan 14 due to WX. Strange seeing a CX bird in Jersey
