I would agree with you. I have checked most if not all fares to the destinations I am familiar with (which is a lot) and in all cases the F fare is way above a Luxury fare sale price. For example LHR to JFK is currently £3241 whereas in the last Luxury sale in October it was £2700ish

Instead of guessing whether the fares that you can see are or are not sale fares, wouldn't it be easier to look at a fare listing on ExpertFlyer, or to call up the fare rules on ITA?

I am not guessing I have kept all my e-ticket receipts from BA and they show that these prices for F are significantly above the previous sale prices.

Fly those destinations a bit and know the CW fares well. The current BA fares are as high as they get for I class.

BOM: I class sale fare filed.
NRT: No I class sale fares.
NYC: A class sale fare filed.

There is no "correct" level of fare in a sale. You either like the sale fare or you don't. But even if you don't like it, it doesn't mean that it doesn't exist.

I never said the fares were not "correct" just that they were well above the previous sale prices. However thank you for confirming that my posts on this were correct.

Fares in Club to YVR look distinctly un-sale like - £2555 return. Over £1000 more than the same trip can be had ex-AMS. In fact fares to North America look un-sale like as a whole.

ISTR that in years past BA have had a premium cabin sale very early in the New Year. With this sale covering travel dates for large parts of 2015, I wonder whether they won't be doing that this year, and that this is *the* sale.

You agreed that you were "seeing nothing". But it seems that you were looking at a sale fare, just one that you happen not to like.

TATL WT+ have been loaded but, in line with the sale as a whole, aren't that exciting.

Sorry to go on about this. BA may call it a sale fare, but the pricing is typical of everyday fares and not lower, as you might expect to see in a sale.

I live and originate from Ireland, there is no difference in the normal fare I see throughout the year to what I see today in the 'sale'. Thanks for going to all that bother though.

Looks like a sale price to me.

If you want to start in Ireland, then it's hardly surprising that you won't find anything in an ex-UK sale.

It was no bother, anyway. If you can be bothered to subscribe to EF, you will be able to (a) see all that in about two minutes; and (b) cease having to guess whether or not there is a sale on for your country.
