8hrs in a lounge beats same amount of time waiting on the phone hands down 😎

Then couldn't find any SFO or LAX routing, as said the Alaska and Skywest metal flights aren't eligible (didn't think this was a problem given available BA codes).

So it turned into LHR-DFW-LAS or nothing. Booked that.

But now there are two LAS-LAX flights in my return booking... Shambles? :-[[[[[
Skywest operates for Alaska and American Airlines (as American Eagle) and as long as those flights are booked on AA, AS or BA codes, they're eligible to earn avios and tier points.

If they'd put a gym in the CCR, I could enjoy going back and forth between rowing machine, LPGS, treadmill, LPGS, and so on.

I'd agree there. There are a bunch I'd happily spend all day in, especially if they were providing me with cocktails and restaurant grade food!

Another AGP to West Coast fare! Phoned up BA Gold Line and they managed to get the fare down to £1350.32 for 1080TP
Works out at a very reasonable £1.25 per TP

i believe the fare is gone, I can’t find it anymore and for whatever reason I have not seen it before. Does anybody knows what fare code had? Maybe I can still find it.
thanks

I thought it had a 180-day advance booking rule? It would help me because I'm on the verge of 180 days now but the plans are not firm enough for a maybe booking!

That is a brutal itinerary, though, and one for die-hards only.

With positioning, that's Gold in one trip if you manage it before June though!

A quick look in ITA Matrix says:

Fare Basis: INX9C1S4

"RESERVATIONS FOR ALL SECTORS ARE REQUIRED AT LEAST 120 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE."

So you can wait a little time, but as many have seen before, fares can and do change rapidly and without notice......
