List of Lounges Currently OPEN to BA Passengers (open wiki for details)

This wiki includes details of open lounges accessible to premium (F/J or Gold/Silver) passengers travelling on BA operated services, either within the terminal BA depart from or accessible via airside transfer.

Other lounges may be accessible for passengers willing to transfer landside to other terminals or concourses, although this is generally not recommended due to time constraints as a result of needing to re-clear security. Additionally, some airports may offer pay-in lounges which are not otherwise accessible by BA premium passengers (either temporarily or permanently).

Most open lounges are operating with a limited food and beverage service, and other services may be unavailable or modified.

For opening hours, please check the oneworld lounge listing at https://www.oneworld.com/airport-lounges?location= which is now being regularly updated.

If your airport isn't listed below, this probably means there is no lounge available for BA premium passengers (either temporarily or permanently) - please check the oneworld listing for the most up-to-date information.

I've a good mind to request an explanation from my MP for where my house is situated in the UK.
Please - write to you MP... mine just replies with a 'you voted for us' type reply (although I didn't!).

Ours is a Lib/Dem so he is not tied to the Cabinet's apron strings.

GF open this morning; GC closed. Really pleasant service and lots of effort being put in to make the most of the experience given the current restrictions such as a bespoke mocktail menu.

Does anyone know why the Heathrow T5 Arrivals Lounge is not listed on the Oneworld website? I’m trying to determine if it will be open but for some reason I can’t find any specific indication on either the BA or OW sites—and the OW site does list other closed lounges, so I assume that it’s not omitted simply because it’s closed.

Is there some way to find the status of this particular lounge? I don’t see it mentioned in this thread’s wiki either.

Thanks for any help!

the arrivals lounge isn't open. i don't think it has been open for many months now. in any case, the use of it isn't really compatible with the UK self isolation rules for all arrivals.

The Galleries Arrivals lounge isn't a oneworld lounge, which is why it doesn't appear on the oneworld website (although oddly the JFK CCR does). The lounge is temporarily closed, and most likely won't re-open until longhaul international travel resumes at pace.

It's closed. You would need to go directly to the location that you would self-isolate ( house, hotel, etc... ) after arriving without any exception so as KARFA mentioned, the opening of the Arrivals Lounge would not comply with the UK self-isolation requirement.

Makes sense, thank you. I wish this information were posted clearly on the BA website. It says to go to the Oneworld site for information about arrivals lounges, but there’s nothing there either.

'ola everyone - are the lounges serving alcohol? Probably a leaning factor with me going to another airline for an upcoming widebody trip.

Ironically I wouldn't mind trying some of those non-alcoholic spirits in the lounge... because there's zero chance I ever pay money to try them.

Yes well I agree it is an opportunity of sorts to try things one normally might not.

Though my other half thrust a glass of what was the non alcoholic gin and tonic in my hand in the CCT last month, and said - “Here, try it, you just can’t tell the difference!”
I was like - ummmm you kinda can. But it is nice to try it anyway.....

Thursday 18th Feb - LHR club world check in desks in zone H closed. Checked in through the Zone J first wing, which was absolutely empty and then straight into GF.

many options for non alcoholic spirits (American malt similar to a bourbon, tequila equivalent, aperol equivalent, etc). Gin equivalent was Seelip premixed cans which were perfect! And also 2 options of brewdog 0.5% ales, again very refreshing.

food options ok - chicken tikka with rice and naan, salt beef Reuben, jackfruit loaded nachos, salads, afternoon tea sandwiches and cake, etc.

Your menu website works really well, drinks delivered within 2 mins, food wait is around 5 mins.

very very impressed with BA, considering I’m used to the EK lounge at LHR T3 before my flights out of Heathrow.

only issue (if I’m being really petty) is the waiting time to use one of the only 3 loos (3 male/3 female) in GF.

walkway between A and B gates was absolutely deserted, and a very enjoyable way to stretch legs before a long flight.

I've not used the walkway (ashamed to say not 100% sure where it is) - does it add much over the train to B/C? I've had good intentions to try it before but I never seem to be on flights with 'early enough' gate calls to risk an unknown path/wrong turn .

[edit[ to pull back on topic (sorry) - for some reason the government roadmap didn't explicitly state when we could get a glass of wine in the BA lounges, what's the reasonable expectation mid-May? I'm sure all this non-alcoholic stuff is lovely and I'd probably try it but... [/edit]
