I’m not an avgeek, and I really don’t get excited about aircraft types.

But ... I’m actually really sorry for both BA and those who were booked for the flights.

This, on the top of BA’s latest ‘Hiccups’ is a sad end to the week.

It was fun to be today at LHR and meet some new people from flyertalk, especially that all event in the end was sponsored by BA.
This events are great...just one think I still didn't fly on A350-1000

I just make claim for compensation, I had to cancel all booking because I couldn't fly tomorrow. I'm thinking to book new ticket for 18Aug and upgrade with avios, economy cost only 91 GBP....

Ah. This really cuts my connection time in MAD down to sub 50 minutes. Anyone know if that’s doable? Or should I be ruining BA to be rerouted. Only one flight to UIO out of MAD I believe....

Greetings from Madrid

Disappointed, obviously, that the party flight didn’t go quite as planned. I managed to sort out a flight home for tomorrow while I was still at the Velazquez lounge. Rebooking took a little longer than expected, I suspect because tomorrow’s BA457 was still being rejigged at the time. All sorted now, fortunately.

Today’s flight out to MAD was perfect in every detail (honestly couldn’t possibly have been improved upon **Flubbed**). The crew were so lovely.

Sorry to those who never made it out of LHR today. Hopefully you’ll get another shot at it before August is out.

I appreciate the welcome! If able, could you add my name to the 456 on the 15th. Cheers

So sorry for all those that didn’t get to fly today .... I’ve just checked and we’re in Flub class on a 777 on tomorrow mornings early flight (currently showing a delay from 6.30 to 7.20 departure.

hope to see some of you on the flight if you’ve chose. To fly tomorrow morning instead?

Same with mine, yesterday, 15K (promise it wasn't me who broke the door, I didn't even touch it!)
On second thoughts - the suite guide was there. And Highlife shop. Nothing else though.

So who's on 457 tomorrow? I wouldn't mind meeting fellow FTers.

MCT at MAD 4S is 45 min, your connection should be doable. Otherwise, there is an IB flight to SAL at 12:40, connecting to AV457 to UIO
