CCR card to be "enhanced away" in 2019 [card only withdrawn, not access]

Last Thursday I asked when handing over my BP to FRA if they wanted my card to be told "No all the bugs should have been resolved by now". Last 5 visits all received the green tick with no requirements for the override.

LOL from these stories. i am not CCR this year but the prior two years i was and the card never arrived and i did not care because "surely their systems show this" so two years of calls from the desk, paper rolls etc etc. so while i will hit 5000TP this year, excuse my hesitation that their system will work regularly!

It didn’t for me yesterday, but my son got a green tick - and he’s just a regular Gold. It also didn’t work on Thursday. I’m there again tomorrow, let’s see what happens then.
