787-9 seating question
Apologies if covered elsewhere - I did do a search but couldn't find anything.
Does anyone know if the exit row (row 30) in economy on a 787-9 has a window? Trying to decide between that and the pair at the back.

Thanks! And do people have an opinion as to whether exit row or the last row with pairs of seats is best? Do the pairs have extra space between them and window?

Best Y seat on A380/777
Hello everyone,
I am a all guy and I love legroom, unfortunately my budget means I turn right at the door.
I have OWE status so I can choose any seats pretty much that area available.
On a flight on A380 I have selected 25D which is the one where there is no seat in front. I also can select the seats upstairs, do you think I should change to an Emergency Exit upstairs where I have no one in front and maybe a more private cabin experience?
I also have a long flight from SYD to LHR on 777300 and I was unsure which might be the best Y seat. What about Emergency Exit? Is the bustle at seat A or K very large and obstructing? At the moment I am in 29C which has no seat in front is this any good.
Thanks for your help in advance

76 pages devoted to which seats are best on a BA A380 here :
http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/british-airways-executive-club/1483428-ba-airbus-a380-best-seats-master-discussion-thread.html
I am sure a similar 777 exists somewhere.

For the 773 there isn't a thread here according to the Dashboard, but BASource.com suggests 29C/H are the most preferable seats (www.thebasource.com/seatmaps/b777-300er). The exit row seats are next to the toilets so you would get queues in that space.

29C & 29H on 777-300 although I think BA block these for travellers with status.
25D on A380 and this is usually free for all as I have booked this seat numerous times and am only BAEC Blue.

Thanks for this. How about in comparison to the double seat pairs in rows 52 and 53, where the middle/window seat potentially has some extra legroom between the window and the missing window seat in front? 52BCHJ, 53BCHJ, 40ABC, or 39HJK better?

787-9
Looking at Row 43 either B or J. There are only two seats with a space between B or J and the window. Does the arm rest closest to the window raise up or is it locked into place? Seat guru says standard economy seat, assume it does not raise up.
