To think I used to think I didn't like Champagne because I didn't like Korbel and Chandon. Good thing I decided to try the real stuff after moving across the pond.

Having tried Castelnau in the lounge and in the air in CE and not finding it to my taste at either altitude I decided to do a bit more research into finding what altitude it's best at.
I'm currently at the summit of Beinn Dorain (1076m/3530ft) and I'm finding that the Castelnau is quite nice at this altitude.
