You should line up a book deal!

Have heard similar sentiments to above from an off duty crew member I was sitting beside a while back (wasn't in uniform), saw me reading FT and we chatted a bit.

You wouldn't want CIHY to expose all - trust me on that one

If there's going to be any exposing going on, can those of us of a delicate disposition have some advanced warning first?

It'll curdle my christmassy and rather rum sauce.

Well I'm not surprised that there are some skeletons in the closet. BA has for some years been very focused on cost cuttings. As a customer I do notice it. I feel sorry for the crew not given the tools and respect they deserve.

BA Crew are second to none, I have laughed so much due to friendly banter. I'm now in JNB, just arrived with QR. No banter, nothing at all.

One secret I want CIHY to disclose is how does he manage to answer questions when he's always offline? He must be lurking in stealth mode as his green light is never on. Please can he explain that one?!

I already said in one of the other threads a while back that in my opinion all these experienced crew leaving the business is a TRAGEDY. I can understand certain cutbacks from a business standpoint, such as closing the First Lounge at 3 pm, or enhancing the BAEC FFP, but by 'disposing' of these employees (and replacing them with new, less experienced crew) they are cutting back on their core service. That's probably one of the last things that makes British Airways different from the low cost carriers. Surely it must be a big mistake.

So sorry to see you leave, Yesitsme, but I can vaguely understand why you made the choice. My very best wishes for Christmas,, and whatever 2016 brings you.

To my intense regret, I have never [to my knowledge] had the pleasured of being cared for by you, or the other CC denizens here. Perhaps you just ignore the quiet old bloke in the corner?

And PUCCI has retired too? So soon, and so young, has she been taken from us! What is the World coming to?
And Jetsetlady too? Aargghhh.
No wonder I've switched to AA ... all I need now is CIHY to go and that's definitely IT with BA!

All the genuine best for the future, YIM ... I have always valued your balanced/piquant inputs. You are a hard act to follow.
