I'll add another voice to the sadness. 
MyFlights was one of my most used apps - and saved my (and others) bacon on a number of occasions - most notably when Expedia cancelled half of my sister's itinerary without actually informing her...
Checkmytrip is a poor quality pretender in comparison. I'd probably rather not use it than put up with the shortcomings.

Check My Trip has just released an update on the App Store.
All the recent reviews, prior to the update, are no longer visible under the default 'Current Version' tab. You have to select 'All Versions' to see any previous reviews and comments.
