Seriously though - any competition is good as it will keep BA on its toes.

And if MrSimonR is deseperate to fly that day at least it's an option.
I do have to fly that day. I have a seat (the best seat ) on the LHR-LCA flight, but I would prefer to fly later and would prefer to fly into PFO.

I just won "Grrr Larnaca": invol downgrade from J to an all-Y Titan 757 with no offer of an endorsement to CY in biz (there were free seats for sale). check and mate

BA: I look forward 50% of my ticket price in cash please (don't worry, it's only 4x the cost of the LHR-LCA I politely asked for on CY).

How bad can 5 hours of 28" leg room actually be?

Actually I believe you will find the flight in the Titan 757 very comfortable.
The same 757 was operating from Heathrow yesterday for BA too before being needed at Gatwick.

Quite right actually. G-POWH, they even made a stab at a quasi CE-lite (very lite, but still)

Tomorrow's LGW-LCA-LGW (29th) will also be operated by Titan 757 G-POWH.

OLCI for tomorrow's 662 shows CE back to row 16, with 7 seats (J and a few C only) left to sell. That's 73 seats sold in CE.

And 15 rows back on the 663 on the following day. CE is rocking on the LCA runs.

I'm flying on Friday and waited T-72 for the front 5 rows to open - and ONE seat became available.

I know the grey mafia hit Cyprus in September when all the kids are safely back at school but this is ridiculous!

There is a man in red shorts and a ripped yellow t-shirt, staggering about the lounge, unable to walk straight. He has just thrown up over the door to the outdoor patio (didn't quite make it outdoors in time), thrown up all over the patio, and is now in the loos throwing up.

Where? LCA of course.

Let me guess, he has just learnt the onboard champagne will be Monopole.

He might have touched the KEO wine on offer in the lounge. Nasty stuff.

Well we are 80 in CE on the 663 today. 84 coming out apparently. Every seat in both cabins taken.
