I suspect that it really is that you have to be in one of the more limited seats of CE/CW or more preferential seats anywhere, where FTers are likely to head for

This was a six sector week for me so plenty of writing in the HighLife, and I was in 1D for LHR-LCA-LHR and 1C for LHR-HAM-LHR, which ups my own chances. Although I had nobody in 1A so wrote in that one too!
Just did 2 LH segments in two days and wanted to play---but couldn't remember what page in High Life to write on. Will try it on the way home...

Post 1 sets out the very loose guidelines

Here's one more, but alas, I fear that I have missed out on a bumper couple of years on LH and SH routes

A couple of BA flights in the pipeline, but next flight is on SV on Monday. I wonder...

Great idea, have a few flights coming up the next months in various cabins and will record my presence for the future travellers to enjoy.

What's the relevant map page? Is there an irrelevant map page?

I guess it's the one that shows your destination. If you are headed for timbucktoo use the Africa map (I think?)

At least having done it on 1 May increases the slim chances of a hit

I am betting that the Highlife in 64K has a better chance of having a FT reader than some other seats.

Will put this to the test in a few days (yes---JNB-LHR in 64K!)

There are certain more popular seats, that seem to be favourites amongst the FT community.

The row 62 and 64 in the CW 744 as you point out.

I started this when I realised that three of us here preferred 1D/1F on the short haul 767 on the LHR-LCA-LHR run!

About to test it as well - in T5S lounge now, headed to PHX in 62K, almost equally as popular of a seat.

G-BNLR - 18 May Routing SYD-BKK-LHR. Seat 64A. Got a hit on an earlier posting on G-CIVY which routed LHR-SIN. Got a PM from Peter 747 to say he saw it and added his own message. His routing was LHR-PEK.

I annotated 64K (JNB-LHR) and 63K (LHR-BOS) but didn't see anyone else's markings, sadly.

I guess this means I'll have to keep flying until I spot something!
