I have two flights today, between LHR and GLA. Yesterday I could check in for the 0700 departure fine but couldn't download the BP. I had to clear all application data and log in again to get it.
Later yesterday evening I tried to check in for the 1815 departure. Except I couldn't, even after clearing all the application data. I was able to check in after I had flown the 0700, today. Again, in order to get a BP I had to clear all application data and log in again. I now have no more flights coming up. Which could make me wonder how I'm getting home on Sunday afternoon... |

Recently, I haven’t been able to log in or retrieve my booking on iOS app. Whenever I did so, a "something went wrong try again later" message pops up. I have tried reinstalling the app and doing so on another iOS device but both didn't work. Does anyone else have this problem or is there any solution to this?

I thought the iOS app worked fine?
Had no errors, as of yet, on my Android app since yesterday's update. Then again, no bookings to show..... |

When did BA scrap the in app baggage updates (carousel belt number, push notif when the bag is scanned and delivered)?
I found this quite useful on the off chance of checking in bags, arriving at the belt and not needing to watch every bag being delivered like a hawk and instead only peering up when the notif comes in and like magic it appears through the curtain. Certainly helped the unnecessary crowding around the belt. |
I have been plagued over the last week with all sorts of issues including:
- Unable to check in (just hangs) - Unable to download boarding pass after eventually checking in. - Error telling me to login to view view bookings even though I was already logged in and could see the booking. - logged out and unable to log back in as my account was no longer recognised - Tried reinstalling the app and received Authentication errors after trying to log back in. |
Wasn't there an announcement that a great new app from BA would be released earlier this year in April and that everyone would then be happy to pay £20,000 to enjoy Wetherspoon-quality food in the First Class Lounge at Heathrow? It's now mid-May, and both the app and the website are getting worse by the day. Even though billions were supposedly promised for service improvements, there's just no sign of anything happening. Who at British Airways is actually responsible for customer satisfaction?
