As of 2/12/14: We've had quite a few "Hey, come use this AWD. It's great" type of posts. When the AWD doesn't give a good discount, but is only posted to try to get renters to use the AWD of someone so the poster can earn free days from their Avis Corporate account. From here out, please put the company/trade group/etc that's associated with the AWD or we'll delete the post to keep it on-topic here.

Hi All,
Trying to book a car in Spain using D005927 and it's giving a great price but with an (L) next to price. Down below it says:
(L) Indicates a Leisure rate. This car class is not covered under your AWD code, and your corporate benefits will not apply.
Has anyone gotten this before? Seems that every code I put in is coming up with same (L).
Thanks.

A074800 no unlimited miles?
Hi,
I get the lowest rate ($310) for a one-way luxury weekly rental from sfo (city location) to lax (airport location). However, when i go to confirm it says no miles are included. Is there any way to get unlimited miles through another promotion code or coupon? The next lowest rate I can find is $391 w/unlimited miles under code D005297.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks.

I tried to use MUWA086 for a one week rental and no matter what dates I choose I keep getting this error message: "This coupon cannot be used on these dates." The coupon does not work for me. Anyone had any luck with it?

I tried MUGH199 & it worked ^ but it's only for $25.00 off. MUWA086 is acting crazy for me. Why does Avis have it on it's site if it's not going to work right?

Welcome to FT.
Most AWD codes will not work in Israel.
Are you trying to book through avis Israel, or avis.com?
Feel free to PM (Personal message) me with the details, like when you want the car for, and what prices you got, and I might be able to help.

5150 feedback
I used it without problem at a city location in London in April and saved about 15 sterling per day.
After running it through Google and digging through many pages, I'm pretty sure it's some kind of discount tied to American Airlines - not an employee or corporate discount but something that is offered on events that someone has negotiated special pricing for the airfare through American. That seemed to be the one common denominator for all the events that it is was tied to.
