As of 2/12/14: We've had quite a few "Hey, come use this AWD. It's great" type of posts. When the AWD doesn't give a good discount, but is only posted to try to get renters to use the AWD of someone so the poster can earn free days from their Avis Corporate account. From here out, please put the company/trade group/etc that's associated with the AWD or we'll delete the post to keep it on-topic here.

No, not immediately. They just may see a list of rentals for the previous month on the 1-st of the next month, but it is not very detailed (even the renters name is hidden like A*******a, just a destination and a number of days).

Question about additional driver. I am Avis President member. Can my wife also drive the Avis rental that is only in my name or I have to manually select " additional driver" and then go to the Avis counter at the parking lot in MCO to have her name added? We can't imagine wasting 1 hour at MCO Avis rental parking lot counter.
I have Avis rental at MCO in August. Also any most recent discount code that worked?

1. Most agents will insist Presidents Club does not receive a free additional driver - but there is a service code for them to use that waives the fee
2. You will need to go to the counter with your spouse and their driver's license to check-in and get added manually
Someone else with more knowledge about Avis policy will need to check if that process is waived for immediate family residing at the same address as the primary renter. I did this multiple times when I needed to add my mother to my rental contract, but she resides at a different address so we needed to visit the counter every time.

As per US rental agreement, you do not need to do anything for a spouse (licensed and over 25 years old) to operate the rental vehicle.

If you don't work for Nokia, or have convincing documentation that shows that you do, I would take the email to indicate that your reservation may be at risk.

Im renting a lot and my AVIS location created an AWD and a discount for me. Its J323400. Feel free to use it - if it will give you a better price, no ID needed.
Was told it is Cityflex discount - mean it gives maximum discount in a number of a largest US cities and works the best on a long rentals.

In case of any issue (car crash, etc.) I'm wondering if Avis would look into us using your code as we don't have any relation to it.
Does it allow you to share freely to anyone outside your business?
