Have you checked with your various bar association memberships for AWD numbers? My father was a tax and bond attorney, and had American Bar Association, Maryland Bar Association, District of Columbia Bar Association, Baltimore City Bar Association, Baltimore County Bar Association, American Association of Trial Attorneys, American Association of Tax Professionals, National Association of Bond Lawyers, and other similar groups AWD numbers.

Belgium
Israel

I just used the Priceline code to book a 10 day rental at KOA for $245 all-in! This was on the Avis site. This is for an intermediate car class; anything bigger jacked the rate up by a huge amount.

Using the same code on Priceline gives a rate of around $450  I'm thinking it will be wise to make a backup reservation w/Hertz (best rate I'm currently getting there is $377).

Best code I've found yet for OAK rentals.

FYI, I had $70 better luck with this one (A972200) than with A686200 for a June rental in SYR.

Now the rate on the Avis site has gone up to match the Priceline site. Looks like I got lucky and was able to reserve during some sort of glitch in pricing. Hopefully Avis will honor it...

Did you print out your confirmation to take with you? If you do that, Avis would have to honor it, unless fraud was involved.

Just used A686200 for a week at DTW. It reduced the rate by almost $100. I will print the confirmation and take it with me.

Thanks to Traveldealer, I was able to save $almost $400 in a weekly rental in Alaska using the Zxxxxx AWD code. However, I should probably have a backup.

What is the opinion in having the same AWD/coupon code for an airport AVIS pickup (instead of the current downtown Anchorage) as backup? Or should I just have a reservation with another brand like Hertz or National?

What is Z652297 actually for? Is it a public code, similar to AAA, or is it a private company code, similar to one used by employees of large corporations?

I think it belongs to a travel agency, so it's more like a public company, it's used for their travelers
