Enforcement of these rules on domestic flights is spotty.... I think chances of you having issues with these things is less than 5%. I would not worry about it, just use common sense and you will be ok.

So I'm flying LAN Argentina for the first time. Can I just bring my regular 22" rollerboard with me, or will I need to check it? I have my little quart bag of liquid & gels.

And if I have any wine, does it need to be checked for a domestic Argentine flight? I recall seeing folks lug around large quantities of wine past security at Aeroparque last year.

Thanks.

Alex, I was giving you a no so subtle hint to check the CommunityBuzz thread on your birthday (which you missed responding to in 2006, although you did comment on Chexfan's greetings two years after the fact :D).

Anyway, I know I speak for the rest of FT in thanking your for all your helpful postings (well the ones on Argentina ;)).

I wouldn't waste 5 centavos argentinos on her show. It is when I'm coming to buy an air conditioner, and maybe a few beds, a refrigerator, plates, pots, pans, couch, tables, chairs, coffeepot, and about 100 other things I don't even know I need.

Sorry, dont know where to send you in Recoleta - but FTers have reported various places selling SIMs on Florida and near Galerias Pacifico.
