I accidentally used the wrong AMEX card to make a purchase at surlatable.com. I realized this less than 3 minutes after I placed the order and immediately added the offer to the card. If anybody else has done this before, did the credit post? It's worth noting that AMEX sends me an immediate text alert when "card not present" transaction is made, and I didn't get that alert until 2 hrs later. I forgot to check if there was a pending transaction when I added the offer. If the credit doesn't post automatically, I'll contact AMEX and hopefully they'll understand.

I could swear I did this when Amex Sync first started and it worked, but I don't remember the store. Also, sometimes online store purchases show up with a transaction date a day late, or sometimes the day of the shipment, so that could help.

Question about Amex offers - if I add an offer on my account, would spending by an Authorized User trigger the offer, or do they have to add it separately? (They have their own login.)

I signed up for intermedia monthly plan. During signup, i only added 1 account, 2 days later the CS called me asking whether i need any help or no (while i didnt check the call me for help checkbox). 6 days later i created 18 accounts just like what i signed up for but as of today (2 weeks after sign up) i dont see any charges on my amex.
Did i do anything wrong? How to trigger the charges?

Note that this makes it really too late for anyone else to sign up for the offer, since any subscriptions initiated in September won't get charged until after the deadline. Unless you can get them to process an off-cycle payment...

I just decided to try it and did a one time payment and triggered the $100 email immediately. The -$100 already showed up on my Amex account. I have a regular personal AT&T wireless account (not small business) but it is an enterprise account with a discount rate.
