If anybody else has done this before, did the credit post? It's worth noting that AMEX sends me an immediate text alert when "card not present" transaction is made, and I didn't get that alert until 2 hrs later. I forgot to check if there was a pending transaction when I added the offer. If the credit doesn't post automatically, I'll contact AMEX and hopefully they'll understand.
