Likely, no. Most things on the Amex website follow Mountain Time. Apparently the website and certain other parts of the company are in Salt Lake, while their physical mailing address for payments is in Newark, NJ and their headquarters in NYC.

So at 2AM EST, I expect to be able to login to the website and select my airline. Is that everyone else's thought as well?
