AAdvantage Account "Zeroed"
Because of the legacy nature of the PSS (Passenger Service System) used by AAdvantage, AA has traditionally done some major batch processing on Saturday nights and into some Sundays, occasionally beginning Frupiday. Accounts can also be "zeroed" out occasionally during IT maintenance periods. This is common and has occurred for years, due to the legacy nature of the AAdvantage software. AA runs batch processing, often on weekends. Everything will ultimately reset properly; it's merely an inconvenience, not anything to become concerned about.
● Sometimes a message shows: "Your monthly AAdvantage summary is currently being processed. Please note that, due to lags in processing time, the latest summary may temporarily not appear creating a gap in your mileage information."
● "I can not see my account" - it says "This feature is temporarily unavailable. We apologize for this inconvenience. Please try again later."
● "My miles show zero!", "I am missing xyz" (where xyz = stickers, Miles, EQD, etc.) and similar issues.

AA.com down Account Security message?
November 4 2012 1AM eastern
Tried logging in with no success?
Or saw a "security alert" on your account?
I just spoke with the EXP desk. They have no access either.
Nothing personal, the entire system is down, they are not sure when it will be back up.
Boy, up hear in the Northeast we've hearing that allot in the past few days.

Anyone else "lose" a flight credit in the past couple of days
Checked my account Saturday and found a flight segment from Friday morning had post, but those from two other flights taken later that day had not, which is pretty normal. Checked this morning and these two later flights had posted, but the early morning flight was now missing. Has anyone else noticed a missing flight from Friday? (I believe there was a sweep Saturday that affected one's ability to see newly posted flight credits, but this notation was gone this morning.)

Yes. Often. Post merged into existing thread. Don't worry, it'll probably be all good by Monday.
Today, a quick look at my account shows the message:
"We're currently processing your monthly summary. Please check back on Monday for your updated information."
The information provided is not accurate, and may be missing or altered, particularly if it is recent.
(Advanced search, search thread titles, results by threads. Keywords could be missing or information or unavailable.)

I had a couple of bizarre things happen this week; booked OMA-PDX 6/26 then SJC-OMA 7/4 on Saver coach for 2 people. Outbound was a bit of a nightmare and ended up sleeping at SFO because we didn't land until 2 am and SFO-PDX was at 7, when I looked at my account the next day AA gave me credit for the miles flown. Decided to upgrade the return on July 1 spending 12.5k per ticket, upgrade went through and we flew F home. It is now July 7 and the 25k upgrade miles have not been subtracted.
Bit off point but driving from Portland to Carmel for 7 days was one of the most enjoyable times my wife and I have had; it helped the weather was perfect - spent less than $2500.

account unavailable
Every time I go to AA.com and try to look at my account, I keep getting this..
"Unfortunately, we are unable to continue due to one of the following:
Too much time has elapsed between submitting entries
Multiple browser windows have been opened
Incorrect use of the browser's Back button
Attempting to use expired bookmarked pages
Any changes that were attempted may be lost. Please start over"
But none of that has happened. This has been on going for about 2 weeks.
Has anyone else seen this?
Thanks

0 miles / gone / missing in AAdvantage account? [2014-15 master thread]
So I logged in this morning to check if my Citi AA Card miles finally posted, and found I have a balance of 0 miles on my homepage. Eeek! Once I clicked on "my account" I saw the correct balance. Took a screenshot just in case.
Has anyone else noticed that all their miles are missing?
