Thanks for all of your replies. I'm leaning towards going via LHR on the outbound, mainly due to the fact that if I pay for J I want a flat bed. The other option I never considered is via MAD with IB on A330 outbound. Anyone any experience?

I disagree here is it's a new PMAA A321 then it has IFE, which is nice.

aa.com is stating this as a 777, AA Cargo widebody schedule is showing this as a 777 as well. However, the seat map or view my trip both shown the aircraft as 32B.

If it is a 32B, not sure if I should try flying on the 788 two hours later
Pick the flight with the 772, and get as far as the seat map, if it's a 2 class 772 then yes, same type of plane.

DUB-JFK direct is 752 or I could route via LHR for same price and fly on 772. My questions are;

Will the752 likely be one of the upgraded ones and if so is it a decent ride? Or am I better to go via LHR and fly 772? Alternatively I could always fly BA 744 which I usually do but would like to try something new (or am I best stick with tried and trusted?)

Thanks all (and merry Christmas)
So I'm sort of confused here, are your tickets on BA stock or AA stock? Is the AA flight a codeshare with BA?

When you say upgraded 752, what upgrade are you talking about? All international AA752s have the same seats.

They do not.

There are currently 3 different J seats on the international 757s.
The LUS recliners, LAA NGBC seats and the "upgraded" CIP 757s with fully flat B/E seats.

Here's is the seat map for the "772", this is not a 2 class 772 where business class is sold as economy. It is straight up an error, I'm not sure if it will ended up be a 772 or any kind of narrowbody.

OK the seat map is a 321, not a 772.

Based on the economy config, it's a LUS321 seat map. Note that the pic says Boeing 777 on top, and both 1/17 and 1/19 are showing a real 772 seat map. Any idea?
