Let's hope things begin to improve and if not we continue to press the FA's to follow company policy.

So there you have it.

@AmericanAir 08/18 AA123 ORG No #PDBServed
@AmericanAir 08/18 AA123 ORG Full #PDBServed
@AmericanAir 08/18 AA123 ORG Limited #PDBServed

This allows all PDB service to be posted, good, bad, and otherwise. This should show AA that we feel this is a desired service. Maybe if someone gets energetic, a summary post could be done, maybe weekly?

You raise a great point AANYC1981. A missed PDB of a First Class Transcon would be outrageous.

You are on a roll......^

Is it full in F? Last couple of trips this year, I've seen 2-4 empty seats.

50 percent full it looked as only 5 seats were claimed as we were boarding. Maybe non-revs filled up the rest of the seats but I didn't bother looking behind me to check. Kate Hudson (with a shaved head) is right next to me.

AA 162 on 9/20, HNL - LAX, the PDB consisted of a cold bottle of water. Full disclosure - a cold bottle of water is my favorite PDB but it must be cold.

9/15 AA5728 SHV-DFW (CR9) - No PDB
9/15 AA3808 DFW-BTR (E175) - Full PDB if they listened to you. They brought me the wrong drink. Standoffish crew that clearly did not want to be there.

9/24 PIA-DFW AA 5984 (Mesa) full PDB of choice from a very attentive first class stew. Has continued my streak of strong PDB performance on Mesa

LAX-LIH last week. Nothing. Saw the dreaded tray of water/OJ sitting in the galley but the FA never even brought it out. Saw him dumping them all down the drain during taxi. Stings even more when you paid full price for the experience.

09/27 AA1538 LAX-MIA (737) Tray of water/OJ offered; request for Club Soda granted.

09/28 AA1629 MIA-LAX (321) Water only, as catering arrived late (a recurring issue at MIA).

9/29 DFW-PIA AA 5946 CRJ-900 (Mesa). Full PDB of choice -- the Mesa streak continues! Why is this such a hard concept for mainline LAA?!?

Because you have (a good amount of) lazy, disgruntled FAs on LAA.

9/26 AA5755 SHV-DFW (MESA CRJ-900): No PDB. Boarding complete with 20 minutes to spare. Additionally, we had another 40-minute ground delay (with an open door), but still got nothing. Crew loudly complained the whole time (almost passive-aggressively, as if they wanted pax to hear). Minimal service in the air.

9/26 AA5924 DFW-HSV (MESA CRJ-900): Full PDB. Crew exceedingly professional and provided absolutely excellent service in the air. AA would benefit greatly from having people like this on high-profile mainline routes.
