I've got a seat on hold as well. US site shows this as the 787 but AA site shows a slightly different departure time and A321B as the aircraft.
I bought it as a connecting itinerary continuing on to NYC to get me home. MUCH cheaper that way.

On AA its the 32B (A321B) and also the MD80 are you guys sure this is the right flight? LOL I dont want to spend $600 to fly on a MD80

I'm currently in Y on the inaugural.
And F on 2325, which I hope changes to 2320 ORD - DFW and F on 2327 DFW - ORD which I hope changes to 2373.
Admirals Club and Centurion access here!

Hopeful but not 100% certain.
Put a ticket on hold rather than buying it. Also look at connecting onward from ORD to bring the price down. DFW-ORD-EWR is ~$365 and I need to get back to NYC anyways.

Still shows A321 seat map, but finally shows it's a 787 on Flight 2320! Woohoo!
