Couple of F seats open right now, including window 5A.

I can't decide what to do here. Might have to cancel this before May because I need the miles for a more important trip. Guess I made a really poor booking decision at F1 - should have paid for it.

Just booked the Grand Hyatt for the night before.

I've also added a hotel section at the bottom of the Wiki for those that are staying around DFW that night... and maybe interested in a PDB or two (since those are rare on AA) at the hotel bars.

I don't see the 7am flight on AA.com for 5/7 (sold out?). Would be interested in pre-departure drinks though potentially Wed night at the Grand Hyatt if I am in town -- maybe we should start a DFW Pre 787 meetup thread if there is enough interest.

Maybe I should change hotels... I'm booked on VX to DAL on the 6th and was going to stay down-town at the Omni Dallas Hotel. AA wanted twice what I paid for VX for F from DCA

New airline for me, and, well, AA hasn't been stellar lately. Hard to justify paying double and not even being offered a PDB

I was between the Hyatt Regency and Grand Hyatt DFW - the advantage to the Grand Hyatt is it's on airport property (connected from what I read), it is a little more pricey but I was able to use my Hyatt points to book it for a fairly good deal. I do plan on sightseeing for a little bit that Wednesday but don't want to wakeup any earlier than I have to on Thursday! Lol

Rate was 260 (cheapest) when I booked, used 12,000 GP points however instead.
