I got my flights confused and forgot I took a PM flight to JFK a week prior. There was just a snack service a while after meals on the MCO flight.

8/23/ 2022 AS 105, SEA-ANC I pre-ordered the Smoked Chili Roasted Chicken.

First drink, semi-warm nuts & entree served shortly after takeoff, all on the same tray. The warm cookie was served as soon as the meals were all out. I was in 4D so you can see how much of my meal was consumed before the cookie arrives. Very small roll and the chicken was very dry. It needed a sauce. i could not finish it. Follow up service throughout the flight was good and friendly. Not sure why the plating was done this way.

It appears that the Cruzan Rum has been replaced by Bacardi. I like both, just surprised by the switch.

Had semi-warm nuts, followed by bland pork sandwich, followed by warm cookie on my Pae-Sna flight today. Without the cookie, I might have had a blow up. The meal was that bad.

AS312 PAE->PHX yesterday. Had pre-ordered the porchetta sandwich. Was tasty but what happened to the size of the sandwiches?! It was half the size from the last time I had a sandwich.

Luckily we also got a chocolate chip cookie after all meals were cleared and then a bit later the snack basket came through. And the FA let me take both bags of Peatos once everyone had made their selections. 😁

Porchetta sandwich with warm nuts bowl for size comparison.

Still Inconsistent

In-Flight, they’re calling the sandwich by many names.
+Proscuitto Pork Sandwich - It’s Not this!! Prosciutto is a cured Italian ham
+Pulled Pork Sandwich - It’s Not this !!
Pulled pork is usually roasted, shredded, and then mixed with a sauce
+Porchetta Sandwich - This is It !!
Roasted Boneless Pork Well-seasoned with herbs and garlic.
The exception being that the caterer/Sky Chefs use a pork loin in place of the traditional cuts; cost cutting.

As others have stated, it seems the sandwich portion sizes are smaller (1/2 sandwich now) compared to prior to pandemic. Canned beverages are also the mini size as of lately.

Imo, at least what is served is of a good quality.

I noticed that with the turkey breakfast sandwich recently. It was about half the size of the time I'd had it previously.

Wonder if this is temporary or the new normal?

It seems they went from a sandwich only to a half sandwich half salad. I'm sure I'm in the minority but I prefer the half/half offering vs the sole sandwich.

Watermelon chicken salad. I liked this but after adding dressing and mixing it up it quickly became soggy. Lots of liquid in the watermelon, of course.

Chocolate-chip cookie. I like the little side drink tray on the E175.

Porchetta (not pulled pork as I posted earlier PAE-PHX); the flight attendant correctly identified the name. Those little dressing bottles are a PITA to open.

Another chocolate-chip cookie.

No PDB

This was pretty good but for something called a Greek Yogurt plate why is the yogurt portion so small? Also there should be glassware on the E75 too.

Glassware has been removed from the E175's. It will not return. 🤙🏻🍹

8/30/22 AS182 EWR-LAX 9pm scheduled departure (11pm actual)

Only two options: fruit&cheese and soy chicken sandwich (or salad)? I don't remember.

No bread, no salad, but did get a cookie. Will update if the snack box comes around
