Note: Chart only allows contiguous US and Alaska as "USA", however, AS connecting flights to Hawaii/Canada/Mexico are allowed. No chart for USA-Europe (though in theory you could redeem SIN-USA or USA-SIN routing on SQ onestops involving Europe and get off the plane in FRA/MAN, pretty high price in miles though). Stopover in SIN not allowed on regional awards (Intra-Asia,including South Pacific) not touching US.
"North Asia" includes China (PEK/PVG) as per latest update by AS. South Pacific is Australia/New Zealand

Pretty easy to find SQ F on PEK plus those two. Not so much on say BOM or SYD.

That's definitely a sweet spot in the SQ award charts. Can also do PEK/SIN/DPS, though SIN/DPS will be in J.

This is AMAZING news. Doesn't matter what the miles cost is, no one expected to even have a chance to book premium awards on SQ.
I have all H1 2020 flights booked, but I will be looking for J class redemption to SEA on Singapore H2 or 2021 for sure.
(and it's funny, I actually don't like the city of Singapore... but SFO-SIN in J award on way to Indonesia or Malaysia? YES PLEASE!)

While you can't have a NRT stopover, you can do a 15h 35m layover enroute to SIN from LAX. The B777 Flight arrives in NRT at 7:30 pm and you can connect to the 11:05 am A380 flight the next morning. I would still be inclined to fly EK the other way for 5K more.
While not reflected in the charts, Asia to AU/NZ awards on SQ are offered online; ie HKG/TPE-SIN-AKL. I see lots of availability in F with the SIN-AKL leg on the A380 for 90K, all J, 65K.
Interestingly, where CX & SQ are both options in the charts for non NA awards, the 72h booking restriction disclaimer is not mentioned for SQ redemptions.

Anyone knows SQ frequencies on HKG flights with new F? That would be a real treat with flying onwards to PEK. Is it random or they send the new F to HKG on a regular basis?

It's kind of a huge detour though. Plus there's way way WAY less F availability HKG-SIN than J (J is easy peasy, F is hunt and peck for a unicorn). Doing a hunt for new or old R, huh?

Has anyone actually redeemed any SQ F flights? I see plenty of days with SIN-PEK and vice versa open but get the dreaded unable to confirm space message after entering all billing info. Just wondering if it's all phantom inventory or if some are actually real.

JL J DEL-NRT-HKG has been bookable on AS as a one-way for ages. I booked MEX-DFW-SEA-LAX-PHX on AA/AS. I’ve booked BKK-HKG-LAX-SEA-KOA on CX/AS.
