Note: Chart only allows contiguous US and Alaska as "USA", however, AS connecting flights to Hawaii/Canada/Mexico are allowed. No chart for USA-Europe (though in theory you could redeem SIN-USA or USA-SIN routing on SQ onestops involving Europe and get off the plane in FRA/MAN, pretty high price in miles though). Stopover in SIN not allowed on regional awards (Intra-Asia,including South Pacific) not touching US.
"North Asia" includes China (PEK/PVG) as per latest update by AS. South Pacific is Australia/New Zealand

Bad news: You can't do SIN-FRA-JFK and get a FRA stopover.
(If you could it would be a chunk of a decent "mini-RTW" in J/F. Combine with JL and you get some, um, interesting possibilities. But alas, no.)\

This is great news! I would much rather complain about getting an award that cost more than I wanted to pay than not getting an award because there was no availability. The fact that premium cabin awards are available to AS and not other partners is mind blowing. Kudo's Alaska!

Would love for it to be a little cheaper, but Its definitely not bad news. Nice to have some good news for once when it comes to partnerships
Is there a way to get to Europe with Singapore?

SIN-DEL is 25K in J, KUL/CGK-DEL is 65K. So they're apparently pricing India as "Middle East" unless you originate in SIN.
BKK-HKG prices at 25k for J, including a SIN stopover, so it looks like (unlike CX) intra-Asia with a stopover will be allowed on SQ redemptions.
Also, some of the, uh, "features" of JL intra-Asia redemptions are available for SQ intra-Asia redemptions.

PEK/PVG are "South Asia". Also, China/Taiwan/Thailand/Malaysia/SIN/MNL/Indonesia-SYD is a redeemable award @ 90K in F (though I haven't been finding a lot of SIN-SYD in F), 65 K in J, 30 K in Y. However. Japan, ICN, India or Middle East-Australia is a no-go.
Cue Aussies buying more AS miles to go with their CX redemptions in 3, 2, 1...
ETA: there's married segment logic going on here.
See: SIN-JFK on 8/18/20, SIN-FRA on SQ 326 is available... but not if searched as SIN-FRA.

There's a good question as to whether MLE is in India or Middle East Zone though.
Of course, the ME is b0rked as mentioned- no DXB, no IST.

HKG SIN BOM is 65k too, so it is a clear mistake (as I assume BOM is in India)
