Lounge buddy does show that AS SEA lounge passes are available for purchase (checked 4/6) and shown as SOLID . They clearly did not get the "memo" from AS lounges policy toward their day passes purchased through Loungebuddy.

From a PR perspective, I think AS is going to need to make a decision soon about whether to break ties with PP, Lounge Buddy, and any other non-Alaska Lounge membership affiliation. It really is just a matter of time...whether or not it's "Alaska's fault", creating frustration among passengers before they even have a chance to set foot on the plane can't be a good thing...

Less competition for those seats. We are certainly on the bubble to get cut out as well. I have 3 passes left, 2... 1... pffft.

Very true...lol...I would use up the lounge passes ASAP before the bubble bursts and given the trend toward limiting access, those passes are likely to be useless sooner rather than later.

No admittance at PDX Saturday morning
sign was up saying no Priority Pass members would be admitted. This was at 9 a.m. on Saturday. I went in anyway and asked. The front desk person told me they were going to take down the sign "soon" if I wanted to come back. Our flight was boarding in half an hour so it wasn't worth it to wait. It didn't seem crowded to me but I never went past the front desk so who knows. She told me their lounge is just too small and they were going to officially stop accepting PP members starting May 1st.

9:00a standing room only
9:30a ~25% occupied
Sign went up at some point between 8:30 and 9.

This is pretty big news, expected of course, but now we have an official date....I wouldn't be surprised to see the same thing happen with the SEA Alaska Lounges since the sign is out most of the time there as well, at least until the new lounge in the C concourse opens. I do wonder how much revenue will lost due to the ending of their relationship with Priority Pass...if revenue actually goes down, that certainly doesn't bode well for the AL members hoping for improved food and beverage offerings in the future.
Either way it still kinda sucks, I only got to use my PP once at PDX. Guess I'll try to fly Delta now (which takes me to a SEA connection instead of a direct flight) or focus on weekend trips to Seattle when touring shows and stuff end up in both cities. (SEA is an easy Delta replacement, usually the exact same price as AS too)

Yep, I wonder if it'll come back in ~2 years after they're able to expand the PDX location, or if that expansion will be just enough to keep up with organic growth at PDX.

Sign up at 6:45 AM this morning at SEA D. Not surprised as it was a Monday - peak time for business travel.

I would guess that if the SEA lounges don't stop admitting PP members on May 1st (like PDX) that it won't be long before they follow suit....the sign is out there almost as much as PDX.
