The [Request seats] Icon has reappeared sometime in the last 48 hours or so - I am again able to select from some of the seats.

My earlier post about not being able to renew Koru online has resolved itself. There is now a reminder (which appeared after 1 September) that it is due to expire next month with a link to allow renewal.
Paul tells me that (unfortunately) he cannot claim credit for this so I'm wondering if the system is clever enough to flag when a membership is coming up for renewal. Has anyone any thoughts?

When are you going to get the multistop engine in tune with the new fare structures?
Not only is it cheaper (try HKK/SYD via AKL on 14/12 rtn 17/12) to book a multistop, I undestand that you get the Works fare - same Works fare on basic site is $40 dearer than going as a multistop.
Realise that not everyone has to do multistop, but you are not giving people any choice when they do book.

The booking page for any travel involving the new tasman/pacific product options does not load properly for me. When I select dates that are before 17 November it works fine. From 17 November I get a blank section where normally the flights would display. At the bottom of the screen it asks me to select flights. How can I?
Edited to add - I get the same problem whether entering through main page, through multicity or the blackboard specials. The latter is particularly vile as it displays a box at the bottom of page to enter origin, destination and dates but will not allow anything to be entered for origin or destination.

Seat Allocation
Can someone please explain how seats are designated Medical Needs Specific.
I have a booking in October LAX to AKL Premium Economy and had requested seats in row 23 (row 22 was already taken) and got bumped (without notice) to row 26 which is alongside the toilets (not the place to be on a 13hr flight).
I know that seats requested are not final but what is the difference between row 23 and row 26 seats (apart fom the proximity to toilets) that would make these seats in row 23 Medical Needs Seats.
I contacted Air New Zealand and all I got from the 3 people, including the Customer Liaison Executive, I talked to/emailed was the automated response that seats can be designated for medical purposes.
I thought I would have got an explaination from the Executive instead of her quoting travel conditions.
I know that the people who got my requested seats deserve them but why could they not bump everyone down a seat row as I booked these seats early to avoid sitting next to the toilets in the first place and if they had told me earlier I could have changed to other seats before they were taken.
Sorry if this sounds like a whinge.

Help to view NZ itinerary booked by travel agent
Hello Air NZ Online - Can you pls help:
I booked NZ flights AKL-PPT thru a travel agent in LA. I am not a member of Air NZ Frequent Flyer prog.
She (the travel agent) sent me info from her DOS-like screens... but she is at a loss to enable me to see the booking via Air-NZ site or Easy Sabre. I am now traveling... so communication with her is difficult.
Here is what I tried on Air-NZ sites to get to my booking:
On USA site: Entered PNR + Last name
On NZ site: Entered PNR, email (tried my+hers), tel# (hers with w/o area code).
In all cases I get a verification page to enter a string of chars.... than (after I do that) a blank screen.
Here might be the clue... but she didnt know to fix it (or didnt read my entire mail):
On Easy Sabre (with "Agency PNR" not Air-NZ PNR) I get an error message: "This PNR doesnt have email, please contact your travel arranger".
Can you help me bypass this problem and access my booking.
Or- give me detailed instructions how to fix the problem... that I will send to my travel agent.
Thanks.
