Tonight any AC related sites that requires you to log in with a aeroplan number does not. It errors out

Within a couple hours of the system coming back on line, I got a schedule change e-mail from Aeroplan.
The attachment was an empty PDF file.

No idea if there was a real change or not.

How can an airline with such a good long haul business class and the best airport lounge ever, have such a terrible online presence.

Flying AMS-YYZ-RDU I couldn't even check in because it couldn't find my ETA (last step in the process of course)
On the way back it took me three tries to check in.

I registered an aeroplan after booking my flight and couldn't add it to the aeroplan...

How can I trust an airline to fly an aircraft safely when they can’t even show the same seat map for the same fight at two different pages of the same web site? Doesn’t anyone over there even look?

I would disagree. This speaks directly to the corporate culture and mind set. If it's okay to leave the trivial problems unfixed, or even worse, not even know about them, how can I have confidence that someone is paying attention to the more important stuff? I have been on aircraft when the captain announces that the APU is not working. Okay...we don't need the APU in flight, but it leaves me wondering what else isn't working that might matter. Not exactly a confidence builder.
