It appears that the squirrels powering the Altitude site are taking an extra long weekend today:

So, it isn't just me - what a surprise. I was a bit concerned because my Aeroplan account had the email changed several weeks ago to some unknown person and wondered if it had been "hacked" again although aeroplan.com seems to be bombing-out with a simple "Error Page - Home - Error Page" message now upon attempted login.

And the Aeroplan iOS app seems to work - at least for viewing transactions.

Another award flight cancellation within 24 hours of booking: another instance where Aeroplan is unable to refund the miles immediately or send a cancellation confirmation email 😒
