It gave me an error saying it couldn't locate an account with the information I had provided, despite me having signed on successfully several times in the last few minutes. What a joke. Not that we should be surprised, with the clowns running it.
If only they had just made the 115% bonus for the first 3 hours or something of the promo, rather than setting a fixed quantity, they wouldn't have had this problem.

It was opened 5 minutes before 10AM EST, shaded grey was removed. but i didn't want to gamble purchasing it before 10am... now, after i refreshed at 10am, it crashed...
