Air Canada disposable face masks - what brand is it?

I recently flew an Air Canada flight and found their new face masks provided on board to all passengers to be very comfortable. The ear strap is not a string-based strap, rather, it is like a "ribbon". Very comfy, does not hurt the ear.

Does anyone know what brand it is and where it can be bought?

No idea what brand they are, I'm afraid. Note that not all AC provided masks have those ribbons. I've seen them, but the ones that I got yesterday had normal strings.

You may want to update your .sig. Not a good time to promote routes to SA!

The announcement, "we recommend you use the mask in the kit that will be distributed after takeoff."
By the time I boarded 30minutes before departure, went for deicing, sat in the line for take off, waited for the seatbelt sign to be turned off,
I had been in the tube for two hours waiting for the recommended mask.

I would suggest distributing something that is allegedly life saving a bit faster. Maybe during boarding.
Like last year.

One would be a fool to replace a KN95 or better with a low bid quasi-useless mask they provide.

Agreed. On a couple of flights they've handed out the CleanCare packages after leaving the gate.

Both times I was seated in Y. Any flight I've had in J the kits are already at the seat.

Seems to vary with the crew. I've experienced that, but also some flights where they handed me the package as I entered the aircraft. (Now that I think about it, that has only happened on narrow body craft where the person handing them out is in the galley opposite the aisle from the door.)

Lately I find I have to ask for it, or I don't get it.

That has been off and on for a long time. Both my kits today had purple.

Luck of the draw, I guess. I've been flying pretty much every week in the last few months and have only ever received the purple ones until now.

2 segments, overnight in YUL in the middle.
FR24 said same fin numbers both days.
I had the same seat number both days.
I put some bait garbage in the seat back pocket.
It was gone the next morning.

The green ones are made by deSter, a Belgium-based-HQ company.
Looks like they specialize in food packaging/catering for airlines.

I've probably gotten 250+ CleanCare kits since they started handing them out. I'd say I've had the orange Lloris wipes at least a dozen times. But I'd agree they're not terribly common.

The mask also has the Guard logo in the upper right corner as you look at it.
