Well, I was on the West coast of Vancouver Island this week, with Ms. Boh & Co. as they laid waste to the local halibut, salmon, ling cod and sole population. And a half dozen crabs.
Much feasting ensued. Not so much partying as they roll up the sidewalks (that they don't even have) at sundown. And zero connectivity of any kind in Port Renfrew, so no Do appearance for me.
But we ate well, saw whales closer than I have ever seen them and it was sunny. A nice way to begin Phase 3 here in BC.
So, not so jealous but glad you had fun too.

St. John's has a lot to offer, but it did seem like most people were in the greasy nightclub that is Konfusion. Bars were all packed, it was quite something! You guys were only able to experience Republic as Mark and I couldn't rejoin the Do for some reason

A while back we were discussing rum and codfather was waxing lyrical on the virtues of "Old Sam". It looks like Old Sam's logo has fallen victim to the same winds of change that affected Aunt Jemima

A decent rum for Tiki blending.
