Now that the waiting room is enabled, it will need a host to start allowing people in. But even if I'm somehow busy, I can just do it from my phone.

My employer's zoom system claims to prevent recording unless that feature is enabled day, although it does preserve chat messages for seven days. We can have co-hosts and if someone doesn't enter through the employer's account/email, they must first go to the waiting room as a guest even if we're not using the waiting room for regular participants. There's some other way to enable guests that I haven't explored yet.
