My employer's zoom system claims to prevent recording unless that feature is enabled day, although it does preserve chat messages for seven days. We can have co-hosts and if someone doesn't enter through the employer's account/email, they must first go to the waiting room as a guest even if we're not using the waiting room for regular participants. There's some other way to enable guests that I haven't explored yet.
