Yesterday, iPhone app was showing in non-alphabetic order - last person on the list started with C.
That person, who I happened to know, is also an E75 and got the upgrade call at the gate (rather than in advance), so plausible that they were the last person upgraded.

I was listed first on the (iOS) eUp list on Friday, and I am not near the beginning of the alphabet. There was another dozen or so below me. I confirmed eUp on booking because I booked a FP credit inside my window, and I assume that meant the others in J at that time were paid J, and the rest of J were eUps requested after me.
Is that a reasonable impression?

My suspicion is that the confirmed upgrades are listed alphabetically on Android, but based on their onload priority on iOS.
That would mean you had the highest status of people with confirmed upgrades.
