In todays' episode of "AC's App is Garbage"
There were 5 trips listed under "My Flights".
3 have disappeared.
If I try to add them back, I can retrieve the booking, but when I click the red banner "Add to booked flights", this is what I see for well over 5 minutes
This only popped up once for one PNR.
Tried to add back the other bookings and it just goes nowhere.

I am quite sure that those of us who no longer have a functional AC app are very happy for those of you who do.
Most people do not have the technical expertise to know why AC's iOS app doesn't work, or why other IT issues happen with AC's website, Aeroplan's site or FPs etc. AC decided to get rid of Mobile+ which is fine. The whole concept was bad IMO.
But what AC failed to do was make the process work for everyone on both OS platforms. Many people had problems updating their passwords and others updated but could not log in to their accounts. Four different threads on this forum are filled with examples.
If I was in a position to help someone else less capable or knowledgeable than me on these things, I would.
If my AC app worked, I would not be so... about someone else's not working.

New beta AC app
Just got this in my inbox.
Just installed on my iPhone. I like the new flight booking screens. Flight status seems really bare. I can't find a way to log in to my AC/Aeroplan account.

I tried to download it after receiving the same invite and Google Play gives me an error saying "App not available - A testing version of this app hasn't been published yet or isn't available for this account."

I got that issue also. I suspect that they got slightly ahead of themselves with the email and the the Android release hasn't propagated through the process fully yet.

I'm a little surprised they'd launch something, even as a beta, right before a long weekend.
Though I guess it would be hard to be worse. I've been waiting for this update for quite a while.
