Remember that occasionally the limo is available for lowly SE's on a SFO-YYZ-YHZ routing, despite missing the connection (by hours) the limo might have saved 15 seconds of time for.

If I really want to be driven in a high end car, I leverage a limousine service to take me home/to the airport.
Plus there are several people movers along the entire length the "upstairs reverse J" path from domestic to hammerhead. It's probably the most peaceful departures walk in the entire airport. Too bad they can't make it less sterile, to add some ambience (aside from ok views of the airport).

I don’t know, I rather like it, but then I am usually running for a five minute connection when my connecter is in an hour or two late. And those dreaded connecters go from the furthest possible point at YYZ from the international gates. You also have a concierge with you who can radio the gate and say that you’re on the way and you don’t end up at the back of a long line waiting for a boarding pass check as you transfer from domestic to international. And of course for the air Georgian flights the door to car is right there a step away. It saves a serious amount of time. When about to misconnect.

I just arrived on a IAH-YYZ flight with a connection to YWG. As I reached the top of the ramp, there was a concierge with my name. I was concerned about a potential missconnect or re-route that would hurt my EYW plans. She was in fact there to escort me through and take me in the BMW. According to her, they are expanding the service!

How was Canadian immigration and customs handled in that situation?

She walked with me to the immigration area and stood nearby as I met with the officer. BTW, he used my NEXUS card which previously, they wanted my passport and permanent resident card. They have recently reconfigured the immigrations area (within the last week or so).

How many passengers do they fit into the BMW? I am travelling as a group of 3 and if the concierge (and driver) are also in the car it sounds like a tight fit! What if there are other passengers on the same flight that also qualify?

From what I gather, the car service is sporadic between now and Fall-2018 .I also gather that the service is randomly offered. In your situation, I wouldn't expect a the service to be offered; if it was offered, I would expect 2 cars to be present.

Were you all on the same PNR (or were all PNRs "linked" to yours)?

2 separate PNRs but all sitting together.

Doubt they were officially linked - didn’t ask for them to be.

Looks like they're going to commit more publicly to the service for Signature Service by year end. Will be interesting if they can effectively manage the volume.

Photos are...misleading. You are not picked-up at the aircraft nor are you dropped-off at the next one. More like building to building.

I just received this.

I'm still waiting for AC to "elevate my in-airport experience......"

If getting 2% off a new BMW purchase doesn't make your time in an airport better, I don't know what will.
