Walk fast??? You arrive at the end of the hammerhead. You go through the checkpoint at the end of the hammerhead. You go down the escalator (since you can't walk down stairs), forward, left, left, and up the elevator.

It's a little circuitous, but it's about the same distance as curb to Cafe for domestic departures.

Has Air Canada updated the BMW Chauffeur Service when checking in at YYZ? Or is this still for SE's travelling in Business?

Is the service still suspended during Covid or did they restart it?

Definitely, but that is assuming they were not leased in the first place.

Interesting. We are flying P through YYZ on 3/20. (Originally booked ORD-YYZ-FCO but were rebooked through FRA with the flight changes in late January.

every other time we’ve flown AC to Europe was through Montreal on a reward ticket, so I have zero experience with the car service.

Historically, the car service hasn't been available for US to international connections.

The SSL thread indicates that YYZ reopened yesterday, but the SS website still says: Our BMW Chauffeur Service will be temporarily suspended until further notice.

A post in the SSL thread does say "in the coming days we will restart our Air Canada Signature Chauffeur service in Toronto"

Moderator note: new thread created in light of the resumption of the service and new partnership with Porsche. - Adam Smith, AC Forum Co-Moderator
