Suggested format for a wiki containing a quick summary of what's available and when at the various MLLs...
Summary of Meal Offerings and Times at MLLs
YYZ Domestic
Breakfast: 05:15 AM - 10:30 AM; (as of March 2018) oatmeal, yogurts, scrambled eggs, sausages, hash browns, bread, jam etc. As of Nov/Dec 2018: the usual oatmeal yogurt, bread, bananas, sometimes watermelon, cheese omelette, some sort of meat (e.g. sausage), some sort of roasted potato (from frozen)

Pickles stopped being served in MLLs sometime in early 2017, IIRC. I think there was a ticker tape parade when that happened.
Cookies, hummus/pita/chips were initially yanked around the same time as the soups, but then at some point in 2017, MLLs left them out later to serve the redeyes out of YVR, but IIRC they have reverted back to yanking them around 10:30pm or so... I didn't keep track of exact times recently.

I remember one time in the YVR International MLL (old one) where I poured myself a JW Black and a plump fruit fly came out. I could only taste the JW Black though after plucking it from my glass.

Apologies, I thought someone had updated YYZ international. The last time I was there is had some sort of eggs, small pastries, fruit, yogurt. I don't recall much else but the offerings were basic, perhaps a tiny bit better than the Domestic.

Note that the lounge does NOT open as early as the website promises. The sign on the door has a later time, which was when the desk agent actually opened the door. I complained and got a 30% code.
