Glad to hear your company figured out people were putting off hitting 1K thus flying with someone else until the end of the year. Congrats! looks like someone did learn something from AA

I've always thought that GPUs should be valid for as long as you are a 1K member. This would incentivize people to keep re-qualifying every year.
Likewise RPUs should remain valid as long as you are a Platinum or higher member.
I also think GPUs should be completely unrestricted for Global Services members as a way to reward their loyalty.

I'll take anything positive. I really feel beat up by UA during the past year. Even with this it still hurts. I've wasted so many GPUs on domestic travel coming up waiting for UA to make sense. That this is coming at literally the 11th hour.
