Seat selection 2A/2K - LX F

I am currently booked on 2K on an upcoming flight to JNB. Is there a fix procedure where dinner service starts? I saw that 2A became available and I am not sure if I should change seats.

What are your preferences?

Do you really think you will miss out on anything because you might not be the first that is served in an 8 seat cabin?

Exactly my thought

In addition, there is no consistent order on LX anyway (have seen them start at every seat already), so there is even less to it

FAs will write down pax' orders, often taking into account status. That said I have never not had my first choices, even on 8/8 flights.
