MM00LL2 since there is no dedicated LHR lounge thread on this forum there can be no dedicated Wiki. The LHR lounge is covered in this thread. The only available reference to the LHR lounge is https://www.qatarairways.com/en-dk/l...-heathrow.html.
The QR LHR lounge is in T4, not my favorite terminal to start with. In terms of décor, I found it pretty much the same as the CDG lounge. The dining room is a bit darker and more formal than dining at CDG; but that's undoubtedly due at least in part to the fact that the exterior walls in the dining area at CDG are all glass, making for a bright, airy feeling. IIRC, the tables and chairs at CDG are white, adding to that feeling.
I found the food at LHR of the same relatively high caliber, and the same excellent and solicitous service.

Has anyone been in Stockholm (ARN) recently and call tell me what lounge QR uses for the 22:35 departure (QR 172) and when it opens?
oneworld.com says Stockholm Arlanda Lounge which should be opening 3hrs before departure. Is that still accurate?
Are there any other lounges in T5 that can be visited with oneworld status that might be opened more than 3hrs before departure as well? I have a longer layover in ARN and would like to make most use of my time by working in an lounge as much as possible.
Thanks

No other OW lounges - it's all contract lounges at ARN

Or potentially the MH F lounge, which is looking quite tatty in comparison to QR, and food considerably worse. Only perk is that it may be more quiet, however its opening times are not that clear (all day vs. 3 hours before the MH am/pm flights).

At LHR, as in most other European airports, you can only access the departure area of the terminal you are travelling from. You therefore won't have a choice. QR has only one (very good) lounge but only available if you fly J or F. If you are flying Y on QR but Emerald you can use the MH lounge or the Skyteam lounge.

Has anyone been to KUL since QR moved to the Plaza Premium First lounge? Only opened in July, and not to be confused with the main Plaza Premium Lounge. I wouldn't normally bother, but of course the MH Platinum lounge is closed for refurb and I'm in KL next week
The main PP lounge was fine, but a bit worn and busy at times. Not sure if PP F will be any better, but you can't buy access. Not sure which other airlines use it

Visited the Menzies lounge in Prague twice on and ex EU trip down to BKK . Very poor offering and staff uninterested in service delivery. Not much food or drink and tables left uncleared. There were some nice view overlooking the runway and stands, although Prague is hardly busy in comparison to other EU airports.

Can anyone else confirm this? Flying out of IAD in two weeks and trying to figure out my lounge plan. If this is correct does that mean TK is the only option? Thanks.
