Why would you call LX's call center? If they feel there is a problem with the ticket, let them contact you.
I am not contacting them because as far as I know (or as far a regular consumer knows), there are no issues with this purchase and all I have to do is show up at the airport to take my flight...

I am not going to take a half day off from work to go dowtown and purchase visas to India, then burn 90K miles for two domestic C/F tickets from LAX-YZZ and back unless I know that I am going to be able to take the trip.

I am more than happy to do away with my DEL tickets if I can keep at least one ZRH ticket in J.
I booked directly through SWISS.com and did not even know that Travelocity was an option until this thread was opened.

Well, there might be some space for negotiation...
LX offers to honor the fare in coach. Still not bad for a ticket to india !
Anyways, they seem that they want to work with it. One could ask:
-To start the journey in his respective hometown (LAX?)
-Not flying at all and let them book you the miles
-Upgrade on one way
Just a thought... you will have to see how it turns out.
Seems like Zuji was once again the best way to touch this deal ^

it's very nice to hear they're offering themselves to honour the ticket in coach. It means they know they HAVE TO honour it, but they're trying to honour this in another CoS.
If they were sure they can cancel the tix without any problem, they would do that.
So, go on and don't accept anything you're not comfortable with. :P

Today, I received two phone calls from SWISS and neither message referenced a specific PNR, but simply said to call about my reservation, "there was a web error and they need to rebook my reservation".
