Nonrefundable --but the fare is zero
It is still there and while it says that it is a non-refundable fare (the $400 some C dollars is all taxes and fees), don't they refund taxes when you cancel a non-refundable ticket? Correct me if I am wrong here, but isn't the only thing at risk/loss here the Travelocity fee?
Further question: anyone know if you can use a U.S. credit card when making bookings on Travelocity.ca?
